Eadha has enjoyed working with Lochcarron Community Development Company – LCDC (Kirkton Trading) and meeting the participants who had come from all over the North West Highlands to learn more about aspen and how to propagate and grow it. LCDC are hoping to develop a collection of local clones for propagating and planting in Kirkton Community Forest. We took a trip to beautiful Attadale Estate where there are many aspen stands to demonstrate how to take root cuttings in the wild.
